Welcome to NukeStarter. These Terms of Service govern your use of nukestarter.com and purchases made through our store. Throughout these terms, “NukeStarter,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store.

Please read these terms alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. NukeStarter is your point of contact for purchases, product questions, and customer support.

2. Using Our Website

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

You must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the website’s security or operation.

3. Products and Compatibility

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

IGNIS is a wired desktop PC power and reset accessory. Installation requires access inside your computer case and a compatible motherboard power/reset connection. It is not universally compatible with every desktop computer.

If a product differs materially from its description, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

4. Installation and Safe Use

Follow the product instructions and your computer manufacturer’s guidance when installing or using IGNIS.

Shut down and unplug your computer before installation. Follow appropriate electrical and static-discharge precautions, and seek help from a qualified technician if you are unfamiliar with internal PC connections.

Do not force connectors, modify wiring, or continue using a product that appears damaged or unsafe. Installation-time estimates vary with your computer and experience.

These precautions do not limit your rights concerning defective products or inaccurate instructions.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on our storefront and at checkout. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown before payment.

Prices and promotional offers may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an existing order.

You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.

6. Orders and Availability

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review it and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.

If an item becomes unavailable, a payment cannot be processed, or we identify a material listing error or suspected fraud, we may need to contact you, pause processing, or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the cancelled items and applicable charges. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute a different product without your consent.

7. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.

Estimated delivery to the United States is 5–7 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 8–10 business days from order confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We offer free shipping on US orders.

Delivery estimates may be affected by the destination, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances. These estimates do not remove our responsibility to honor our shipping commitments or your rights under applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate where available, and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a full refund, as required by law.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers. NukeStarter remains your point of contact for delivery concerns. If your shipment is delayed or appears missing, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

8. Delivery Information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Address changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.

If redelivery is needed because of an incorrect address, any proposed additional charges will be explained before you agree to them. We assess delivery problems individually and in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy provides the full conditions and instructions for returns.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories, and components. Opened packaging is acceptable if these conditions are met.

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Discounted purchases are eligible under the same conditions, with refunds based on the amount paid.

Approved returns are sent to our designated supplier using the instructions we provide. Please contact NukeStarter before returning an item. We manage your request and refund; you do not need to negotiate a resolution directly with the supplier.

Different protections apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items. NukeStarter will cover any required return shipping for confirmed issues or arrange another appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.

10. Cancellations and Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation or change.

We will check whether your order can still be stopped or amended. Once processing or shipping has progressed, changes may no longer be possible, and our return process may apply.

This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content owned by or licensed to NukeStarter, including branding, text, graphics, and design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse and use the website for personal shopping and reference. Commercial reproduction or use of protected materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
